Rich text formatting
WhatsApp messages support lightweight in-line formatting — bold, italic, strikethrough and monospace — using a small set of wrapping characters. Use them sparingly to highlight what matters: order numbers, prices, links, dates.
Supported formats
| Style | Wrap with | Example input | How it renders |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bold | *asterisks* |
